In 2012 Stefan took over the torch from Norbert Kostner as Executive Chef. Having spend already the past three years with the hotel, it has nevertheless still been a giant step for Stefan and one that will shape his career in years to come . With the responsibility to lead this historical hotel and flagship property of Mandarin Oriental and ensure that it stays on top of current trends as well as be the custodian of its great culinary heritage is a high honour for any chef .
