Stefan has a team of more than 200 chefs. With a diverse crew of over 20 different nationalities, StefanâÂÂs goal is to see in future many of his chefs reach the position of Executive Chef and lead their own team someday.
From a dinner for two to events of 4,000 and more, the Emirates Palace offers him the opportunity to challenge his colleagues and apply his international culinary experience from Europe to Asia. For Stefan, culinary art and creativity is the skill and dedication that comes with every dish served.
